Hrvoje Hadžić began his career at Ericsson Nikola Tesla in 2000. For the first ten years he has been working at SW development - R&D, taking on tasks ranging from software development, system and technical coordination to department leadership. During his time at Ericsson Nikola Tesla R&D he had the opportunity to work with both small and large, local and global projects, using different development methodology and tools, mainly within telecom-ICT segment.

For the past 10 years, Hrvoje has been involved in presales and business development at Ericsson Nikola Tesla, where he tracks technology trends, analyses market situations, and contributes to strategic planning. From the early stages of his career at the company, Hrvoje has been an inventor, gradually taking on responsibility for the overall innovation process.

Today, his focus is on exploring synergies and/or monetizing new business opportunities and emerging technology trends.
