OVM Technology Alliance is a joint project of the companies OIV – Digital Signals and Networks, VGP and Meratech which emerged with the aim of rendering managed services in the broadcasting and delivery of video content in the EMEA region. OIV – Digital Signals and Networks, the leading service provider in Croatia with many years of experience in broadcasting and multimedia solutions, VGP (Video Green Print), a consulting and marketing company, and Meratech Ltd. (Media Era Technology), a tech company from Great Britain, combined their experience, expertise and innovation to provide value-added services on the market.
