Denis Nikola Kulišić is a dedicated specialist with a strong background in electrical engineering and corporate strategy. He earned his degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing at the University of Zagreb, followed by postgraduate studies in Strategy and Corporate Management at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb.

His professional journey with OIV began in 1997, working on the installation and maintenance of microwave link systems. After gaining further experience at Siemens, he returned to lead the digitalisation of OIV’s microwave network in 2002 — a key technological milestone for the company.

He later played a key role in the development and launch of IPTV and playout services, helping to expand OIV’s offerings for telecom operators and media providers.

After a decade of gaining broader industry experience, he proudly rejoined OIV in 2022 as a Member of the Management Board, bringing with him a sharpened perspective and a strong focus on innovation and strategic growth.
