The construction of the new OIV office building in Zadar is progressing according to plan.

Work on the 2,084 m2 site officially started in March and is planned in three parts. The first phase will include the construction of an office building, storage and office space, while in the second and third phases, closed and open warehouses will be built.

The total value of the investment is around 2.3 million euros, and with the construction of this building OIV will get a modern logistics center in northern Dalmatia.

This will be key to supporting the company's continuous growth and raising the quality and working conditions, thus emphasizing the Company's commitment to the strategy of expansion, decentralization and strengthening of business capacity, efficiency and productivity.
