The Company’s leadership transparently presented the results recorded in the preceding year and presented objectives and expectations for the coming period at the panel “Achievements in 2019 and Strategic Initiatives for the Future.”
This year as well, those attending had the opportunity to directly pose questions to the Management Board, directors, managers and other stakeholders at any moment, and thus actively participated in the discussion.
A novelty this year was the conferral of awards for draft strategic initiatives to improve operations, so that ten employees were rewarded for their contributions to improving the company’s work.
The awards for such contributions were conferred to:
Marina Pavlić from the Research and Strategic Planning Department, Boris Šmudla from the Regional Operations Department, Zlatko Matacun from the Fibre-optic Infrastructure and Mobile Networks Department, Saša Radulić from the Regional Operations Department, Mario Postružin from the Fibre-optic Infrastructure and Mobile Networks Department, Mihael Ilić from the Fibre-optic Infrastructure and Mobile Networks Department, Alen Vasić from the Core IT Services and Infrastructure Department, Karla Kurjan from the Core IT Services and Infrastructure Department, Toni Tenjer from the Independent Sales Department and Zoran Božić from the Regional Operations Department.
