In mid-April of this year, OIV started the implementation of new automatic measuring systems with associated measuring elements, which is an integral part of the METMONIC project of the Croatian Meteorological and Hydrometeorological Service (DHMZ).

With this project, DHMZ will improve meteorological measurement systems at more than 350 stations across the country with the aim of modernization of meteorological observation network in The Republic of Croatia.

After training at the equipment supplier Campbell Scientific, a team of OIV professionals began the installation of devices and equipment and the commissioning of all parts of the system. Integration into the unique system and testing of the mentioned equipment is performed by the partner company Delta Tech, which provides services for integration and installation of equipment.
